Spring is without a doubt the best time for painting your fences. We’d say it’s never wise to choose any of the other seasons for this task, and here’s why:

Summer – Not great because this is the period of the year when you should be enjoying your garden. If you’re painting your garden in summer then it’s too late to enjoy until next year.

Autumn – Weather in autumn is very unpredictable and with winter just a few weeks or months away, it’s always best t wait it out when spring comes back round again.

Winter – This is the worst time for painting fences because the weather is too wet, damp and cold.

Spring is by far the best because it’s the best season for new changes and if you want to enjoy you garden in the summer, we say it’s best that you make the changes in spring. This way you’ll make the most of your garden when the really beautiful sunny weather returns.
